Policies
Autograph Policy
No autographs are permitted once a player begins a competitive round, Thursday - Sunday. A player may elect to sign autographs prior to or at the conclusion of their round.
On-Site Restrictions
While preparing to attend the LPGA State Farm Classic, please observe the following restrictions:
•No cellular phones. If you must carry your cellular device, please change the setting to silent. If you must converse on your phone, please be cognizant of tournament play.
•No coolers permitted on Tournament grounds. State liquor laws prohibit Patrons from bringing their own alcoholic beverages. Beer is available at concession stands. Please be prepared to show proof of age. Patrons will not be allowed to leave the Tournament with open containers of alcoholic beverages. No outside food or beverages.
•No containers, backpacks or large bags are permitted on the grounds.
•No cameras or camcorders (other than Monday through Wednesday, for personal use only).
•No noise producing electronic devices, TVs, radios.
•No weapons (regardless of permit), including, but not limited to: firearms, knives, and any other item the Tournament deems unlawful or dangerous in its sole discretion.
•No pets (other than service animals) are permitted on the grounds.
•All bags are subject to search and unauthorized items will be confiscated
Severe Weather The LPGA Tour has sophisticated weather radar and lightning detection equipment on site during Tournament Week, constantly monitoring the weather. In the event of thunderstorms, lightning, or other severe weather, “Weather Warning” information will be displayed on the scoreboards around the golf course. When these warnings appear, Patrons are advised to take precautions and seek shelter even before play is suspended. If the siren sounds suspending play, seek shelter immediately.

Q: Is there special access for patrons with disabilities?
A: Handicapped parking is available in the general parking lot. Handicap accessible shuttles will be available to transport you to the course.
Q: What is the price of tickets?
A: Daily tickets valid for one day of access Thursday - Sunday are $20. Weekly Grounds Badges, valid for the entire week, are $50. Admission is free Monday - Wednesday.
Q: May I purchase tickets on-site?
A: You can save yourself time on-site at the golf tournament and order tickets on this website. Tickets will also be available for purchase in the main parking lot where the shuttle pick-up will be located.
Q: Where is Will Call?
A: Will Call is located near the shuttle pick-up in the main parking area.
Q: Do children receive free admission?
A: Children 15 and under are admitted free of charge with a paying adult.
Q: What time do the Admissions gates open?
A: Monday – Friday, Admissions will open at 6:30 a.m. Saturday – Sunday, Admissions will open one hour prior to the first tee time. Tee times for Saturday – Sunday are determined based on the size of the cut and will be determined after Friday’s round.
Q: What are the Spectator Shuttle hours of operation?
A: The shuttle will be operating 5:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday – Sunday. Shuttles will be running every 15 minutes. A handicap accessible shuttle will be available through out the entire day.

Q: What days are concessions available?
A: Concessions will be available during the following hours:
•Monday & Tuesday – 10:00 am to 2:00 pm (one stand in Clubhouse area)
•Wednesday – 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
•Thursday thru Sunday – 7:00 am till the end of play

Q: Are there ATMs on-site?
A: Yes, there will be an ATM on-site, check the course map for location.
Q: Which LPGA Professionals are playing?
A: The final field will not be decided until the week prior to the tournament. Please stay tuned, as we will produce a press release once we have received the final commitment list. You may visit all of our press releases from our home page.
Q: Are cameras or cell phones allowed?
A: Cameras are permitted Monday - Wednesday for personal use. No cameras, cell phones, or any other noise-producing devises are permitted on Tournament grounds during competitive rounds, Thursday - Sunday. Thank you for your cooperation.
Q: Are outside food and beverage items permitted?
A: No food or beverages, containers, coolers, backpacks, or other large bags are permitted at the LPGA State Farm Classic. Food and drink will be available at concessions stands located throughout the golf course.
Q: Would you tell me more about the qualifying rounds?
A: The LPGA State Farm Classic will hold a qualifying tournament at Panther Creek Country Club, Monday June 7th. The field will be made up of LPGA Professionals and two (2) amateurs competing for two (2) spots in the tournament field. Admission is free. Results will be available on-line the next morning.
Q: Where is First Aid located?
A: A First Aid station will be located behind the first tee and near the 14th tee. In the case of an emergency, trained professionals will be on-site to respond.
Q: Is there an official hotel for the tournament?
A: As our official host hotel, the Crowne Plaza offers a preferred rate for our corporate partners and spectators. Please call 800-589-2769 and reference the LPGA State Farm Classic to make a reservation.
Q: What should I wear?
A: Please wear comfortable, soft-soled shoes. Golf spikes are strictly prohibited. Wear clothing and headgear that provide protection from the sun, and be mindful of the weather forecast in order to dress appropriately for the elements.
